Harry Pickford is the founding principal of Pickford & Associate Lawyers. Harry is privileged to have articled with The Honorable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, Michelle O’Bonsawin, who is the current Chief Justice of Canada.

Harry received his LL.B. from the University of Toronto, in 1996. Harry then started a successful practice at the Ontario Court of Justice in 1997, and practiced there until he was called to the Ontario bar in 2000. Harry currently practices law in the areas of Real Estate, Business, Immigration, Wills and Estates, and Personal Injury.

Harry has closed thousands of residential real estate and Inheritance transactions and has completed multi-million dollar Inheritance and commercial real estate transactions involving gas stations, truck stops, hotels and motels, land development, and multiplex apartment buildings, as well as a variety of Inheritance arrangements.

Marvin Wills presently practices and has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, the purchase, sale of business, commercial, industrial and residential properties and Wills and estates and estate planning.

Marvin Wills graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in 1988 and was called to the Bar in 1991 after completing his education at Osgoode Law School. Since graduating Mr. Marvin has practiced as a sole practitioner and has had his office in Mississauga (Malton) for the last 31 years of his practice. Marvin Wills was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1996.

Mr. John graduated from Concordia University (Montreal, Quebec) with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in French language, and from the Universite de Moncton (Moncton, NB) with a Bachelor of Common Law in French language, both in 1990.

He was called to the Bar in 1993 and since then he had practiced law in Toronto as a sole practitioner until 2017, serving the Canadian population, especially the Christian community, with professionalism, dedication, responsibility, respect, and integrity in the culture of the legal community. In June 2020, he joined Pickford & Associates as a corporate and commercial lawyer.

The main focus of Steven Crosby’s practice is a personal injury and disability-related litigation. Steven has experience with all forms of injury-related litigation which includes motor vehicle accidents, occupiers liability issues like trips and falls, and product liability issues such as injuries caused by defective products.

Steven Crosby has been a lawyer since 1993 and has seen the life-changing impact injuries can have on people and their families and understands the need for personal attention each person needs to help them through what is a trying and difficult time.

Steven Crosby has appeared before and enjoyed success before all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Steven spent over a decade working for insurance companies in Ontario and is familiar with how they work, how they manage claims, and how they assess claims. Steven’s experience in how insurance companies approach negotiations along with a deep understanding of all relevant legislation and case law equips him to achieve large settlements so clients have the resources they need to reclaim their life.

Lilian practices in the areas of Family Law, Criminal and Civil Litigation. Lilian graduated from McMaster University with an Honours B.A. in Psychology in 1993 and received his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1997. She was called to the bar in 1999.

Lilian has appeared as counsel before all levels of provincial court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She is a Member of the Peel Law Association, Family Law Association, Peel Criminal Lawyers Association, Criminal Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

Linda Barrie practices general litigation and acts for clients in the areas of civil, family, criminal, estates and construction law. She was called to the bar in 2005 after receiving his LLB from Queen’s University in 2004. After completing his articles under two experienced criminal defence counsel, Linda operated her own criminal defence practice until she joined a boutique Impaired and Over 80 defence practice as an associate lawyer in 2010.

In 2014 Linda joined a general practice firm in Toronto and applied the advocacy skills learned during his years of criminal defence work to the areas of civil and family litigation. Since joining Pickford and Associate lawyers in 2020 Linda has maintained a diverse practice, representing clients in family, civil, estates and criminal court.

Mr. Max is an Immigration Lawyer at Pickford Lawyers with 16 years of focused experience working on immigration matters. Mr. Max has been a licensed Immigration Practitioner in Canada since 2004. Prior to joining Pickford Lawyers in 2018, Mr. Max has been in both independent practice and has also worked with a Prestigious Canadian Immigration Law Firm.

Travis Perron practices in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation, Immigration and Wills & Estates. Travis received her LL.B. from Nottingham Trent University in London with Honours in 2010, and his Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2012. He was also awarded a B.A. with Distinction in 2002 from toronto University.

Kate Burns practices in the area of family law. She has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Courts of Justice and the Superior Courts of Justice in Toronto and the rest of Ontario on contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, as well as property and equalization of net family property.

Matt graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2010 with High Distinction and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2013. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014.

Matt Domi joined Pickford & Associate Lawyers as an Associate in 2018. Prior to joining, he advocated on behalf of clients as an Associate at a personal injury boutique in Toronto and at a family law firm in Brampton.

Matt has represented clients before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Sam Davis is a licensed attorney specializing in all matters of immigration law at Pickford & Associates. After achieving his equivalency to practice law in Canada, Mandeep articled with one of the most prestigious law firms in Toronto, Ontario before being called to the bar in 2015. With more than seven years of practical experience in all aspects of Canadian Immigration, his diverse legal knowledge and expertise range from complex matters of personal immigration to federal litigation and appeals.

Brian McMahon in the areas of Corporate, Commercial and Employment Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University.

He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Prior to joining Pickford & Associate Lawyers, McMahon practiced Civil Litigation and Corporate/Commercial Law at a reputable litigation firm in the Greater Toronto Area. His experience in law has been diverse and includes working with both individuals in business in a wide variety of legal areas. As a litigator, he has represented clients in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court and several quasi-judicial and administrative tribunals.

Vince Thomas is counsel to the firm Pikford & Associate Lawyers. Thomas obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in Montreal, and Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1994.

Vince Thomas is a member in good standing with The Law Society of Upper Canada, and The Canadian Bar Association.
